The Immigrant Health Network links health care practitioners, community pharmacists, multicultural health brokers, and policymakers across Canada to improve the health of vulnerable immigrant populations.

It shares ideas, models and best practices, in order to create new knowledge and develop a strong voice that will reshape health services and health policies to better meet the needs of our immigrant and refugee populations.
