- Colloquium: Globalization and the Health of Canadians
Wednesday, December 12, 2012
The Institute of Population Health invites you to a colloquium given by Dr. Ron Labonté, Director of the Center for Globalization and Health Equity.
Reflecting Canada’s leadership in understanding that population health is affected by much more than health care, a CIHR-funded interdisciplinary research network was formed to focus on globalization-related pathways affecting Canadians’ health through impacts on the social determinants of health.
On December 12th, 2012, we will be hosting a one-day colloquium where some of the findings generated by this research program will be presented. This colloquium is by invite only and a confirmation is required. Please contact Jodi Karpf for more information.
